Our region is expected to be impacted by snow, ice and winds as high as 55 mph. Please review the following information:
UW-Superior Students:
- All on-campus classes for Tuesday, April 4 will be canceled starting at 1:00 p.m.?
- All on-campus classes for Wednesday, April 5 will move to an online/remote format or an alternative assignment. Your instructor will be in contact with you via email to provide you with further information.?
- All online courses will proceed as normal.
- Several student services will be available virtually. Please check your email for more information. ?
- Yellowjacket Union April 4 information:
- The YU will close at 7:00 p.m.
- All dining services will close at 7:00 p.m.
- Jacket Book & Supply will close at 4:00 p.m.
- Yellowjacket Union April 5 information:
- The YU will be open its normal hours of 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Please note that the building may close earlier depending on weather conditions.
- Dining services will be provided in the Union Cafe only.
- Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Jacket Book & Supply will operate under its standard hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Marcovich Wellness Center/Wessman Arena April 4 information:
- MWC will close at 10:00 p.m.
- Wessman will close at 4:30 p.m.
- Marcovich Wellness Center/Wessman Arena April 5 information:
- MWC will be open its normal hours of 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Wessman will be open 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Please note that these buildings may close earlier depending on weather conditions.
UW-Superior On-Campus Instructors:
- All on-campus classes for Tuesday, April 4 will be canceled starting at 1:00 p.m.?
- All online courses will proceed as normal.
- It is expected that all your Wednesday, April 5 classes will move to an online/remote format or an alternative assignment.
- Please communicate with your students about your online/remote/alternative assignment plans.
UW-Superior On-Campus Employees:
- Campus will remain open. However, please use caution and your best judgment on travel conditions.
- In the event that employees cannot safely travel, they should contact their immediate supervisor.
- All essential employees should report to campus as regularly scheduled.
